21:22 A wise man scales the city of the mighty and pulls down the stronghold 

Genesis 11:3-5  Then they said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar. ⁴ And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”⁵ But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. ⁶ And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. ⁷ Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”

Introduction
The key to learning is to sit down and the key to speed is to wait, going hurriedly does not mean speed and seeking here and there does not mean learning.
God is a God who reveals truths that are 'mysteries' to the ordinary but great treasure to the called through a process called transformation.

For you to operate effectively in the Kingdom, you need to move from one glory that we call mind shift to the other. The move occurs when there is a transformational shift that occur in our mindset through the correct grasping of the word of truth.

When your mind is transformed to a particular level, you are ushered into a different dimension of reality commensurate to the degree of your transformation.

Transformation does not happen by coincidence or by chance. Transformation is developed, it's initiated by learning the truths of the word of God.

Truth in itself may not free you. But it needs to be sequentially arranged. The transformation happens by the change of your mindset from one dimension of truth to another dimension of truth in a sequential way.
For a true transformation to occur, you not only align yourself with a particular set of truth but you embrace the truth such that you become one in the truth.

Do not conform but be transformed

Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

The word conform means to take shape of the container sometimes under pressure.  In other words, it means to be conditioned by other people’s way of thoughts including the environment such that you think in the same way.

The word “transformed” is used one time in all the gospels, namely, about Jesus on the mountain of?transfiguration?(the mountain of “transformation” — same word,?metemorph?th?): “And he was?transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light” (Matthew 17:2;?Mark 9:2). 

The word transformed means to permanently change from one state to the other state. To get a good picture of a renewed mind, we can look at the transfiguration of Jesus Christ on the mountain in Mathew 17:1-3 After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. ² There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. ³ Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus. Transformed mind is a transfigured mind and I believe this is a prophetic picture of what a renewed mind looks like.

• A transformed mind has a level of power commensurate / equivalent to their level of transformation.
• A transformed mind taps into the already established principles of the word of God at the dimension of transformation.

Every Renewed mind is to work in conjunction with heavenly realities so that they become manifest on earth.

NB: Picture this: that your thought life/patterns as a highways and spiritual realities travel those highways. We form these spiritual realities through what we think.

When the mind is trained with the right course of information, it becomes a very powerful tool which is capable of producing unimagined results. It is very correct to state that the power of a man is demonstrated by the quality of your thoughts. 

The beauty of a person’s life is well displayed when the series of his quality thoughts are made manifest to the world to see.  

Human mind has the power to go forth into the world that is not yet seen on our physical dimensions into the spiritual world which exist in the power of man’s imaginative mind, he explore it and come back with the result of the conclusion of his exploration and set a cause to bring that not seen state of spiritual dimension into the physical world.  

You become as your thought Pattern is

What a man can imagine, he can achieve it. A man cannot imagine something which God has not allowed and which there is no possibility of manifestation. 

Proverbs 23:7 tells us that as a man "thinketh in his heart, so is he."

When the mind of a man is transformed by receiving a curriculum of information, a set of truth that is supposed to produce a particular set of result, that mind becomes a powerful tool in that given area. 

Our continued thought patterns develops or builds strongholds. Proverbs 21:22 A wise man scales the city of the mighty and pulls down the stronghold in which they trust.  Godly thoughts pattern develops a spiritual stronghold that releases the manifestation of the Purposes of God.

Our thoughts pattern can open great rooms for God to manifest his supernatural works that are divine in our lives.

At the same time, our thoughts pattern can limit God from doing what he has intended to do. Psalm 78:41 Yes, again and again they tempted God, And limited the Holy One of Israel.

Moving in the spiritual realm should be as much a part of a believer's routine as is prayer, worship and reading Scripture. Yet all too often, Christians practice an intellectual faith, which lacks any supernatural punch. Healing, deliverance and signs and wonders are an inheritance for all followers of Jesus Christ.
